Who can access my company records?
Workspaces use signed-in team access and company membership permissions. Owners manage team access; authorised service providers also process data to operate the service. Read the data processing agreement for the responsibilities of each party.
Where is data stored?
RiskRoster uses Supabase for account, database and file services, and Cloudflare for application hosting. The configured database region, provider processing locations and transfer safeguards still require operational verification. We do not currently promise UK-only or EU-only storage. Contact us for confirmation before uploading records subject to location restrictions.
How are records backed up?
Workspace administrators can download a ZIP export containing workforce, training, requirements and company information. Download and retain certificate files separately. This export is not a managed recovery service. Automated backup retention, recovery times and restore testing have not yet been confirmed for publication; request these details if they are a purchasing requirement.
What happens when I leave?
Export your records before deleting your workspace. Company deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions: cancel billing through Manage subscription. For return or deletion assistance, email support. The data processing agreement explains end-of-service handling.
